This ongoing work explores the connection with the natural world through paintings of the nearby ocean, night paintings, and the plants and animals living in the ravine below my home through the seasons. Also evolving are paintings of the displaced wildlife from the ravine wandering into the suburban streets, a consequence of urban sprawl.
