Once upon a time: my days were filled with fetching cappuccinos, scripts and the producer's kids from playdates. Then one night I had a magical dream about a classic Victorian handbag that morphed into a tiny bouquet of flowers with a lustrous pearl handle.  Against all advice, I dropped everything to figure out how to make this seemingly crazy dream a reality.

A strange fairy tale: These little bags landed in the windows of Bergdorf and made their way to the Oscars, Oprah, plus a few hundred of the world’s top stores. Some of my customers were asking for pearl jewelry to wear along with my handbags. That's when I started to wonder if it was possible to make classic white pearls a little more…fun

The ResultMagical Mind, a collection of 18k gold creatures perched on South Sea pearls. Even though I eventually left the design world to sculpt and paint, people still ask for them, so I decided to make my jewelry collection available on this website.

Ever After: I live in New York City, sculpting, painting and doing portrait commissions (which I love), still inspired by all things magical.  Click here if you'd like to know more about commissioning a magical portrait.
