Hand of Circe references the mysterious hands of Sabazios from a feminine perspective and questions outdated fantasies surrounding women in mythology. It is concerned with deeper possibilities of survival, family dynamics, and stepping into the power of the true self.

Traditionally the Sphinx in Greek mythology is portrayed as treacherous and merciless, A deadly predator who will kill and eat those who cannot answer her riddle, most famously in Oedipus.
My work questions outdated fantasies surrounding female characters and looks at deeper possibilities of survival, family dynamics, and stepping into the power of the true self.
